When I first started "blogging" again I said that I would stand on a scale the beginning of February. I did. It wasn't pretty. If you're curious I'm down 4 pounds since I stood on the scale at the beginning of the week!
Here is my scale theory.. I agree that life isn't all about the number, being fit and healthy is far more important. I think that applies when you are within 15 pounds of a healthy weight but when you have a larger loss in the plans it is important to keep track of your progress.. what is working what isn't and it also helps you learn about the ebbs and flows of your body and knowledge does seem to be the key for long term success!
